My name is Sandra E. Alford and I am the mother of a college freshman (Go Rams!) and fur mom to a Weimaraner and a cat. I got my start in real estate with Central Fidelity Bank in 1990 in their Commercial Loan Documentation Review Department. From there I went to Crestar Bank and then later on as a Personal Assistant to a real estate developer. In 2012 I moved to Lynchburg, VA and went to work in the office for a team of local agents. It was there that my attention to detail came in handy and I excelled at handling Contract to Close. I started to focus my efforts solely on Transaction Coordination in 2017 and I have been working on being the best TC possible ever since. I belong to the NARESP (National Association of Real Estate Professionals) in order to connect with other TC’s from across the country and to keep up to date on the changes within our industry. I love the mountains and the beach and try to visit both as often as possible.
